Bethanie Head Office located in Claremont are currently seeking a Support Facility Manager on a casual relief basis to lead the multi-skilled and dedicated team to work.


As Support Facility Manager, you will be responsible to cover leave of Facility Managers from Yanchep to Bunbury for the overall day-to-day management including maintaining a client focused service delivery, leadership and management of facility employees, management of resources, and ensuring quality improvement.


This casual opportunity will provide variety and positive challenges, and a rewarding opportunity in regards to career progression. Bethanie currently has a full time Support Facility Manager, however due to increased demand we now require a casual manager to support this role.

Preferred experience:


  • Willingness to uphold the Mission, Vision and Values of The Bethanie Group
  • Experience in Facility Management is essential.
  • Current registration with AHPRA
  • Understanding of accreditation compliance and ACFI
  • High level of interpersonal skills, including written, verbal, presentation, networking, negotiation and conflict resolution
  • Ability to successfully prioritise conflicting workload demands
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a cohesive team, including clinical supervision, performance development and management
  • Ability to apply strategic thinking and understanding of legislation impacting Aged Care services development and delivery
  • Excellent computer skills, with the ability to quickly learn new information systems
